Had an emergency on a Saturday, the wastewater drain was backing up from any water usage. They had a tech on site within an hour or so, and he was able to snake the drain, clean out the roots, and get everything draining within about 45 min. Awesome job. I called on a Saturday at noon, and was up and going again by 2:45. Very, very happy.

1 hour after calling Mr. Rooter of Mt. Pleasant which is 40 minutes from us we had a tech in the driveway (Dennis). It took Dennis about a minute to diagnose the problem and he was on his way. We will call Mr. Rooter for any future needs.
